Merchant Acquisition & Sales Officer

The Merchant Acquisition & Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, onboarding, supporting, and managing merchants as part of the company network. This role includes both indoor and outdoor responsibilities and requires someone who is active, organized, target-driven, and comfortable working directly with merchants in the field. The selected candidate will work according to the company’s sales and growth strategy, with clear targets and KPIs related to merchant acquisition, activation, service quality, and revenue contribution. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new merchants and retail shops to join the iCASH network. Achieve assigned merchant acquisition, activation, and revenue targets in line with the company’s sales strategy. Conduct field visits to potential and existing merchants. Handle merchant onboarding, including collecting required information, explaining processes, and ensuring readiness to operate. Support merchants after onboarding and help resolve day-to-day operational issues. Monitor merchant activity, service quality, and overall performance. Ensure merchants are properly trained and able to use iCASH services effectively. Act as the main point of contact between merchants and internal teams. Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure smooth merchant operations. Follow up on merchant needs, complaints, feedback, and service issues. Prepare regular reports related to merchant acquisition, onboarding, activity, performance, support cases, and field visits. Support operational tasks related to merchants, partners, and service providers. Represent iCASH professionally during field visits and external interactions.
