Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires. This role goes beyond traditional HR by focusing on proactive sourcing, building long-term talent pipelines, and enhancing the company’s employer brand. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent in a competitive market. The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic architect of an organization’s human capital growth, executing a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle that integrates advanced Boolean sourcing, AI-enhanced candidate screening, and data-driven pipeline management to secure high-caliber talent in competitive markets.
