Balesh is hiring a Marketing Lead to drive growth for Orbis, our AI-powered recruiting platform that automates end-to-end hiring with intelligent candidate sourcing, evaluation, and screening. **About the role** As Marketing Lead, you'll own our go-to-market strategy and execution across digital channels. You'll be responsible for building awareness in the HR tech and recruiting space, generating qualified leads for our B2B SaaS platform, and positioning Orbis as the intelligent hiring solution for forward-thinking companies. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape messaging, run campaigns, analyze performance, and iterate fast. **What you'll do** • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content to drive qualified B2B pipeline • Own the full marketing funnel from awareness to lead conversion, tracking KPIs and optimizing for cost-per-acquisition and lead quality • Build and manage our content strategy—blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, video—that positions Orbis as a thought leader in AI recruiting • Run paid acquisition campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other B2B channels with budget accountability and ROI focus • Collaborate with sales to ensure lead handoff, nurture sequences, and campaign alignment drive revenue outcomes • Analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and attribution tools; present insights and recommendations to leadership • Coordinate with product and customer success teams to surface customer stories, feature launches, and product-market fit insights for campaigns **What we're looking for** Must-have: 5+ years in digital marketing with a focus on demand generation or growth marketing, proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns (paid + organic), strong analytical skills and comfort with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar), B2B or SaaS marketing experience, fluency in English and Arabic, and a track record of hitting lead or revenue targets. Nice to have: Experience marketing HR tech or recruiting products, SEO and content marketing expertise, graphic design or video editing skills, familiarity with marketing attribution and CRM integrations. **Why join** You'll be the marketing architect for a fast-moving AI product in a high-growth category.
