This role is pivotal in driving our brand's presence in the HR tech and recruiting sectors, where you will design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Your creativity will shine as you craft compelling video scripts and coordinate production with talented freelancers, ensuring our content resonates with our target audiences. With a deep understanding of demand generation, you will own the strategy that fills our sales pipeline with qualified leads, directly impacting our revenue growth. As a key player in our marketing team, your ability to manage our paid and organic social media presence will balance community engagement with conversion objectives. You will analyze campaign performance, run experiments, and leverage data to continuously optimize our strategies. Collaborating closely with sales and product teams, you will ensure that our marketing efforts align seamlessly with overarching business goals.
