Content Creator / Cinematographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator / Cinematographer to join Arabesc Digital in Dubai. We are looking for a creative professional who can produce premium-quality visual content that goes beyond standard social media production and reflects the quality, storytelling, and cinematography often seen in commercial advertising and film productions. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing the entire content creation process independently, from concept development and production planning to filming, photography, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and final delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, directing talent during shoots, lighting techniques, camera operation, and creating content that not only looks visually impressive but also delivers results for clients. You will be responsible for producing a wide variety of content across multiple industries, including corporate videos, commercial advertisements, social media campaigns, real estate videos, product videos, event coverage, food and beverage content, fashion and beauty content, fitness content, interviews, podcasts, and branded storytelling projects. The successful candidate should have extensive experience creating engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms. We are looking for someone who stays up to date with industry trends, filming techniques, content formats, and social media best practices. Strong proficiency in professional editing and post-production software such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects is required. Experience with motion graphics, advanced color grading, and drone videography is considered a strong advantage. Preference will be given to candidates who own and maintain their own professional production equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, audio equipment, tripods, gimbals, and other tools necessary to execute professional shoots efficiently. Candidates should be able to confidently recommend production setups, equipment requirements, and creative solutions based on project objectives. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of taking ownership of projects from start to finish. They should be comfortable working directly with clients, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently delivering high-quality content that contributes to client success and company growth. Compensation for this position is AED 6,000 per month during an initial 3-month evaluation period. Following the evaluation period, salary and compensation will be reviewed based on individual performance, quality of work, level of responsibility, contribution to company growth, and overall value brought to the organization.
