Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role involves promoting the company's digital marketing and technology solutions, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving individual sales targets. The Sales Executive will act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions that contribute to their growth and success. This position offers a starting salary of AED 5,000 plus commission. The role includes a 3-month evaluation period, after which compensation will be reviewed and increased based on individual performance, achievement of targets, and contribution to company growth.

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Promote and sell company digital services including digital marketing, social media management, website development, and mobile app development
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Follow up with leads and manage sales pipeline effectively
  • Coordinate with internal teams for project handover and client onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand client base
