Sales Preparation
Research and understand new models entering the market.
Analyze market potential and sales territory.
Stay updated on competitors and their positioning.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company and competitor products.
Set up and systematically maintain customer and potential customer files.
Report any manufacturing faults.
Ensure demo and new vehicles are fueled/charged, clean, and properly maintained in coordination with the aftersales department.
Prospecting
Support prospecting activities for selected target groups within the assigned territory.
Sales Activities
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Marketing team to promote products effectively.
Generate sales to meet assigned targets.
Assist walk-in and phone customers professionally.
Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts, record orders, and close sales.
Maintain a strong closing ratio and develop the customer database.
Keep updated knowledge of the used car sector.
Customer Service
Establish excellent relationships with customers, including government sectors.
Ensure customers fully understand the features and controls of their new vehicle.
Follow up with customers to maximize sales opportunities and satisfaction.
Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
Develop techniques to expand the client base and convert leads into successful sales.
Support company operations by enhancing overall customer service quality.
Delivery & After-Sales
Coordinate customer appointments for vehicle delivery and handover.
Handle all issues related to customs, registration, pre-delivery maintenance, and insurance.
Manage customer complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the client and the company.
Coordinate with operations and PDI to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
Provide systematic aftersales care to encourage repeat business and long-term relationships.
